This agency, established in 2012, is Medicare and Medicaid certified. They offer skilled nursing and therapy services in the patient’s home. They currently serve 34 counties in Georgia.


Georgia MedGroup: View Company Profile
With more than 30 physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners, Georgia MedGroup provides 24/7 primary care for post-acute patients in Ethica centers. They have a team of medical directors, attending physicians, and advanced practice providers.


Georgia Health Advantage: View Company ProfileThis is an Institutional Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plan (ISNP) available to Medicare beneficiaries living in participating long-term care communities, primarily CHSGa nursing facilities. Georgia Health Advantage offers personalized care from a dedicated clinical  team, including a nurse practitioner or physician assistant and a registered nurse care manager.


Georgia Health Advantage Choice: View Company Profile
Designed for members who require a nursing facility level of care but live in the community, Georgia Health Advantage Choice is a Medicare Advantage Institutional-Equivalent Special Needs Plan. Advanced practice providers deliver care at home to plan members. This plan works in partnership with NextStep Care.

ElderCare Pharmacy is a long-term care pharmacy that serves Ethica skilled nursing facilities.


HelpLink: View Company Profile
HelpLink offers a personal emergency response system that monitors the safety of community-based members. It provides access to emergency crisis intervention for medical or environmental emergencies. The service operates 24/7, allowing electronic communication between the user and a central monitoring station.


ECP Distributors: View Company Profile
ECP Distributors is a full-service medical supply distributor. They provide Medicare Part B billing services and offer a wide range of products, including furniture and rental equipment. Their inventory includes supplies for nursing and personal care, nutrition, incontinence, uniforms, over-the-counter (OTC) items, as well as housekeeping, laundry, and equipment.
