CHSGa Home Health is a Medicare- and Medicaid-certified agency established in 2012, currently holding a Certificate of Need to serve 34 counties in Georgia with skilled nursing and therapy services in the patient’s home. Services provided are skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language therapy, social work and personal care by a home health aide. Offices are located in three areas across the state:
